Repeat Prescriptions
You can now order your medication through our secure prescription service by clicking on the link at the top of this page.
You can also order using your computerised repeat prescription slip. This can be left in the box by the front door, posted through the letter box, or sent in by post.
We also accept faxed requests to our Repeat Prescription Fax Machine, 01926 865895. Please ensure full details are included, including drug name, dosage and quantity.
If you would like your prescription sent back to you, please enclose a stamped, addressed envelope.
Please note if your repeat medication slip requests that you make an appointment for a medication review, please ensure that you make an appointment to see your regular doctor before your next prescription is due.
Repeat Prescription requests take 48hrs to process. Please try and collect after 2pm.
Repeat Dispensing Scheme
Do you order medicines from us regularly? Are you on long term medication? If the answer is yes, we may be able to offer you more choice in how you can access your medication.
The Repeat Dispensing Scheme enables you to receive prescriptions, in one visit to the Practice, for up to 12 months depending on your condition. If this is of interest, make an appointment (telephone is fine) with a GP. If appropriate, the Doctor will arrange your prescriptions.
You should leave the prescriptions with a designated pharmacy and simply collect medication from there at intervals. You will, of course, still have a medication review at least yearly at the practice and you may, if required, make an appointment to see a Doctor at any time if you have any concerns about your condition or medication.
Further information can be obtained from reception and leaflets are available in the waiting area.
